Accessibility Statement
Version 2026-10-30. Effective October 30, 2026. All legal documents
We want everyone to be able to use PitchToList, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our goal
We aim for PitchToList to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have not yet had an independent audit; this statement describes our own work and known gaps, and we will update it as we test more.
2. What we do
- Pages use real headings, landmarks, lists and tables, and every form field has a visible label and error text tied to it.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA color contrast, and nothing relies on color alone.
- The site follows your device setting for reduced motion.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200 percent and on small screens.
3. Known limitations
- Photos sellers upload have generic descriptions; we cannot describe each home photo in detail.
- Documents agents upload as proof of a sale may not be accessible; admins can accept a public link instead.
- Payment pages are hosted by Stripe and follow Stripe's accessibility work.
4. Tell us about a problem
If something on PitchToList is hard to use with your assistive technology, or you need information in another format, write to support@pitchtolist.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply within 2 business days and work with you on a way to get what you need, for example by helping you post a home or read pitches with our help.
