No. Only agents you shortlist can reach you, and only through PitchToList messages unless you choose to share your phone or email with them. Choosing an agent sends your phone and email to that one agent.

Privacy 3
Nobody, until you shortlist. Agents pitch on your area and the basic facts of the home. The agents you shortlist, up to 3, get the address and photos so they can plan. Any other agent gets them only if you switch them on for that agent yourself.
Never. No lead lists, no data brokers, no partners. Your home is a conversation between you and the agents you pick, not a product.
Timing 3
Up to 5 agents are invited the moment your home goes live. Each has 6 awake hours to answer and a full 24 hours to write. You can read each pitch as it arrives. Replacement invitations stop 72 hours after go-live, and an agent who accepts near then still gets their full 24 hours.
No. Stop inviting anytime. Agents already pitching get to finish, up to 24 hours, then you choose from what you have.
We keep inviting for up to 72 hours after your home goes live. Except for 1 spot, we invite only agents who clear our bar or the standard bar, so in some areas fewer than 5 can be invited. Where few such agents serve your area yet, our team reaches out to local agents for up to 7 days before your home goes live, with no promise that any will join. Then you choose from the pitches that came in.
Cost 2
Nothing for sellers, ever. Agents pay a flat fee per pitch, and no one owes us a cut of your sale. No agent can pay to be invited, seen first, shortlisted or chosen.
$0 for sellers, at every step
Not in a pitch. Pitches carry no home value and no comps, so nobody wins by naming the highest number. Each agent explains how they would approach pricing: the method, not a number. Once you shortlist an agent, you can ask for a pricing report: a valuation with comps that comes only to you.
The agents 4
Because nobody owes us a cut of your sale. Referral sites take 25% to 40% of an agent's commission at closing. Here an agent pays a flat fee to be read and keeps the whole commission, so agents who refuse referral fees can still pitch. And agents with recent listing experience, checked against records, are invited first.
Once every agent who accepted is done. Until then they are letters A to E, so you read the pitch before the face. Then every name, photo and brokerage shows, shortlisted or not.

Revealed together, once every agent is done. Example agents.Verified local agents with recent listing experience. The PitchToList bar asks for 10 closed sales in the past 12 months and 7 sold listings in the past 24 months, checked against MLS or public records. Agents who meet it are invited first. Where few agents meet it, agents who clear the standard bar (3 sales in 12 months, including 1 sold listing) fill the rest. One spot is open to any verified agent, drawn the same fair way, so a strong pitch is never shut out by a sales count. Every pitch looks the same, whoever wrote it.
Yes. When you post, name up to 2 agents by name and email. They take spots among your 5 and pitch on the same terms as everyone else: verified, same deadline, same four P's, same cost to pitch. If they aren't on PitchToList yet, we invite them to apply and hold their spot for up to 72 hours while their license is checked. Like everyone, they're a letter until every agent is done.
Choosing 6
The same four parts from every agent: Pricing (how they would price it), Preparation (how they would get it ready), Presentation (photos, open houses, marketing) and Price (their fee and terms). Plus their answers to up to 3 questions you ask. Same layout, random order.

Yes, up to 3 when you post. Every agent answers them in their pitch, so you can compare the answers side by side.
Yes. Once every agent is done and before you choose, you can ask any agent to change one term, like the fee, open houses or the listing agreement length. They accept, decline or counter. You can also send one ask to everyone on your shortlist at once. It's between you and the agent; PitchToList only passes the messages along.
No. There's no obligation. Nothing is signed on PitchToList; the listing agreement is between you and the agent you choose, on their terms.
We tell them for you, so there are no goodbye calls. Agents you didn't shortlist get anonymous feedback on how their pitch compared, never your name or address.
If it falls through before your home is listed with them, tell us from your dashboard within 30 days of your choice. We ask the other agents, all the same way, whether their pitches still stand, and you choose again from the same pitches without posting your home again. Nothing is charged to you.
Ready when you are.
Post your home in about 3 minutes. Up to five verified agents pitch in writing. Free, and your address stays private until you shortlist.
